Tbilisi’s total industrial and logistics space amounts to 1.69 million sq m. In 2018-2019, the city’s total industrial and logistics space increased by 31,000 sq m, depicting a 2% growth.
Since 2017, the overall weighted average rent has seen a declining trend in both dry and cold storage. The figure has decreased in both B and C Class properties: a 6.4% and 4.7% drop, respectively.
Compared with 2017, the figure in dry storage dropped by 10 percentage points in B Class, and by 12 percentage points in C Class.
